Payroll Systems Specialist
My client a leading charity supporting learning difficulties are currently seeking a Payroll Systems Specialist to join their friendly payroll team. The role comes with a broad range of responsibilities and will see you take full management of the current payroll system Itrent. The role will support the Payroll team by controlling the back office administration of the payroll department.
Maintain the ITrent system on a daily basis, managing, testing, system upgrades, system design and system user training.
Month end Payroll checking, processing, checking and general administration.
Assist with year end payroll processes, reporting, p60's and P11d's.
Month end payroll checking, reconciliation of payroll accounts, overpayments and management of outsourced debt collection.
The Payroll team rely on your full support, previous experience using the Itrent system and strong previous system management is highly desirable.
