I am working with a great environmental company based in Central London who are looking for a Regional HR Specialist to join them on a permanent basis.This role reports into the HR Manager and will be supporting the European and US regions of the business in executing all global HR processes covering the full employee life-cycle. This person will be responsible for all HR operations ensure all key HR policies and procedures are understood and implemented. This is a true generalist role offering the opportunity to get involved in all areas of HR such as recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, hiring and onboarding, exits, employee relations and HR administration among others. In addition, you will get heavily involved in HR process improvements, taking the lead on some key initiatives and global projects as well as in shaping the HR function to best meet the evolving needs of our growing business.They are looking for someone who ideally has a degree in HR and enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
