Rewards & Benefits Advisor - Woking - renowned, global organisation
£35,000 - £40,000 + benefits including bonus, medical, pension 11%, death in service etc.
Parking on-site and close to station

PURPOSE OF JOB: To proactively deliver the total reward and EVP agendas across our business.
- Management and analysis on key reward projects such as pay review, bonus and annual benefit renewals and other policy updates and changes such as the introduction of new benefits; benefit enrolment windows; systems and/or approaches to key elements of reward
- Work with external suppliers and utilise networks to obtain comparative data
- Conduct market review of specific benefits and make recommendations with the Benefits Manager
- Manage our benefits portal and work with external providers on introducing new benefits and rewards, conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking
- Complete data submissions for market surveys
- Provide advice to HR team and employees on reward related queries and manage stakeholder relationships
- Support the development of new and improved processes in particular with providers and our shared service, and update relevant documentation in response to changes in reward policy
- Manage the day-to-day running of components of the reward framework
- Building the EVP, develop employee communications, touch points and engagement across all reward programmes

We would love to meet someone with the following skills and experience
- Advanced Excel skills (Inc. V-Lookup, Nesting, Pivot tables, Graphs)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Strong IT skills (Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HR information Systems
- Ability to influence and challenge when appropriate
- Results orientate
- An eye for detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience within the UK benefits market
- Knowledge of HR polices, systems and processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Team player
