Temporary HR Advisor
I am delighted to be working exclusively with this client to help recruit a temporary HR Advisor. This is a great organisation to work for, they really believe in what they do and empower their employees.
As the HR Advisor you will report into the Head of HR and support with all day to day HR duties, this will include reviewing and updating all HR policies, dealing with all ER case work, absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance management, re-structures and change.
This role is hands on and operational, it requires someone who can demonstrate working as an HR generalist within a fast paced organisation. You will be confident in updating and writing of HR policies and procedures ensuring they are in line with current legislation. You will be proficient in dealing with all ER case work and have the ability to build effective working relationships with all employee's and key stakeholders.
My client is looking for someone who ideally holds a CIPD qualication and can start immediately.
This role offers flexible working and will look at part time or full time hours. Parking is on site and it is easily commutable via public transport.
