I am working exclusively with a fast growing and exciting Technology business in recruiting for a strategic reward professional to project manage the creation and implementation of a new performance management system in order to drive key behaviours across the business.

Reporting into the Head of Reward, this you will be joining the business as they are about to embark on an entire overhaul of their existing performance management strategy. This role is crucial in the design and execution of a market leading performance management agenda.

You will be responsible for aligning the strategy for performance management to the changing requirements of the business. You will be driving a performance culture across the brand focusing on all employees and will be leading on the annual performance cycle and develop analysis on key metrics to enable the business to maximise efficiency.
