I am working with a highly-reputable, progressive organisation in Central London in their search for an HR Coordinator. This is a permanent role, paying £25-27,000 depending on experience.
Reporting to the HR Advisor, you will have a broad and generalist remit to your role. Using Workday, you will be responsible for adding all information and updates to the system regarding employees. This will make you a systems expert and really showcase your attention to detail.
Alongside your day to day HR responsibilities, you will also get involved with the quarterly newsletter and liaise with senior managers and regional colleagues. This is a great way to reach out to different members of the organisation and do something a little different!
This is a frontfacing HR role, meaning that you will be able to interact with a variety of colleagues and stakeholders within the organisation. This will allow you to immerse yourself in the team, really get to know people, and represent the HR function.
I am looking to speak with approachable and personable HR administrators - Workday knowledge is beneficial but not essential. Due to the nature of the role, interviews will be held as soon as possible.
