Global Payroll Assistant

Role: Global Payroll Assistant

Salary: £35,000 per annum plus great benefits

Location: West London

I am working exclusively with a leading media business in West London that's looking to enhance their Payroll department further to recruit a Global Payroll Assistant. You will be supporting the Global Payroll Advisor coordinating the payroll for over 1500 employees on a monthly basis. Working in conjunction with the HR and Payroll teams internationally and ensure that compliance and governance is maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing various payrolls for approval on a monthly basis;

• Supporting the Advisor with the data (fixed and variable) and coordinating accordingly with the outsourced provider

• Seek the relevant authorisation as appropriate as and when necessary;

• Ensure data between payroll and HR is accurate;

• No job would be complete unless you manage the Payroll inbox;

• Raising purchase orders

Skills and Abilities;

• UK payroll experience is a must;

• Attention to detail;

• ADP Freedom

• Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivots);

• ADP experience would be preferred but not essential.
