Our client is looking for a Reward Analyst to join their busy Bristol based HR function on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract initially.
Our client is a market leading Retail organisation based in Bristol, with parking on site.
They have a large HR function and are looking to strengthen their Reward Team.
The role of the Reward Analyst will include but will not be limited to:
- Working within the Reward team focusing on remuneration and benefits, including bonus and insurance schemes
- Salary benchmarking and review
- Analysing data and reporting to the senior management team
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
- Various ad hoc projects
The chosen Reward Analyst will display the following skills and attributes:
- Previous exposure of a similar role
- Strong understanding of flexible benefits
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
A 12 month FTC for a large company based in Bristol.
