HR Business Partner6 month FTC£55-£60k My Client, a global tech firm is urgently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a 6 month contract to cover a maternity leave.As the business has undergone some large change projects so you will need to be able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment and support your own client group through this change, partnering with senior stakeholders while supporting operationally.Required experience:* Have worked in a dynamic and evolving environment.* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to transfer this knowledge into effective policies, processes and procedures.* International exposure* In-depth understanding of the HR function, having previously worked in a business partnering style role.* Proven ability to work as part of a fast paced team with high quality service delivery at the heart.* Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize in a busy and complex environment.* Ability to work on a wide variety of activities at any one time and deal with a changing and sometimes ambiguous environment.* Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization.* Knowledge of workday or similar HR systems would be an advantage.
