Recruitment Coordinator

Your new role
You will will work in a team of 2 to ensure the smooth running of the entire recruitment process from the business. It will be your responsibility to be involved in the entire end to end recruitment process managing a number of different vacancies at any one time. This role will be a high volume, fast paced role and will see you managing up to 20 vacancies at any one time. These roles can vary from business support roles to customer care to audiology and so you must be adaptable.
You will be in charge of creating advertisements, sourcing candidates, headhunting, sifting through applications, organising interviews and seeing through the on boarding process.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have experience being in a high volume recruitment role previously. You will have experience in juggling a number of different vacancies at once and be organised enough to manage your own workload.
You must be comfortable and confident in speaking to candidates over the phone, sifting through CV's and creating shortlist for roles. You must also have experience in headhunting candidate from a variety of different means including using LinkedIn.
You must be comfortable in working in a fast paced environment and be capable to handle the entire end to end recruitment process from advertisement through to offer stage.

This role is offered on Permanent basis and is paying a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. You will also receive a benefits package which includes 33 days holiday, free on sit parking and access to the employee benefits perkbox.
