This role will be key in the development, implementation and administration for the compensation plans for the business on a global basis. Key responsibilities: Leading on compensation arrangements for the business including the management of base pay, incentive arrangements, market analysis and job evaluationProject Managing compensation projectsSupport on annual market analysis, salary recommendations and spending guidelinesBuilding solid stakeholder relationships across varying levels within the business The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a corporate, highly matrix organisation. You will have excellent cash/executive compensation knowledge as well as solid Excel skills. You will be confident in manipulating data and presenting. As you will be working with a global team, previous global experience would be advantageous.
