The role will be working for one of the leading global law firms in Central London. You will be part of a team that concentrates on Business Services hiring across the firm.
What will allow you to stand out from the crowd is if you are able to bring fresh new initiative to the table - such as new technologies and innovations to raise the profile of the organisation allowing them to be more sophisticated in their approach.
You will be facing off to the business and therefore it is essential that the successful candidate can offer a consultative and highly professional based approach, owning a portfolio of vacancies end to end, using best practice recruitment tools and techniques. Also experience of direct resourcing will be a definite advantage.
I would be keen to speak with you if you have a strong background from an in-house recruitment role, able to manage stakeholders in a highly professional way, have a hands on approach, willing to roll your sleeves up and be part of a lively and highly motivated recruitment team.
