Our client is looking for an expereinced H&S Training Manager to oversee the identification and delivery of H&S training for all relevant employees, to support business objectives and continuous improvement capability.

Description
Senior Health & Safety Training Manager you will:
- Proactively influence and drive change through the implementation of new training approaches
- Be experienced in leading a team of trainers across health and safety, specialist and operational training approaches
- Manage relationships with a number of training providers
- Manage large training budget
- Improve training compliance rates across a multi-site, multi-functional environment
Profile
You will be experienced in:
- Working in a fast paced, dynamic environments
- Achieving efficiencies in cost, time etc.
- Working with and influencing at a senior level in the organisation
- Regulated environments and understands the importance of adhering to specific regulations
- Health and safety and can confidently discuss appropriate H&S training solutions to suit the complexities of the organisation
- Budget Management
- Flexible to travel
