The HR Manager will support a busy & fast paced team in delivering a high-quality HR service during an exciting period of change, working in a multi-site capacity

Our client is a dynamic Not for Proft organisation based in London


The key duties for this role are:

  • Working with other team members to develop and deliver change initiatives.

  • Managing TUPE processes and consultation requirements

  • Supporting line managers and wider HR team with resourcing and talent planning, sitting on interview panels where required

  • Ensuring customer-focused service delivery across the entire employee life cycle

  • Providing meaningful data analytics to enable business improvement and effective decision making

  • Monitoring, tracking and carrying out sickness reviews to support management processes, liaising with occupational health and other support services at an early stage and ensuring that quality information is provided.

  • Supporting managers with performance and employee relations matters as required


We're looking for an Interim HR Manager with the following qualities:

  • Senior operational experience gained within a high volume, fast paced, customer focussed environment

  • Experience of proactively advising managers on the full range of people matters (e.g. discipline, grievance, performance management, sickness absence, recruitment)

  • Excellent relationship building with the ability to collaborate, persuade and influence effectively

  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and its application

  • Strong change management and TUPE experience

  • CIPD Level 7 Qualification is essential

Job Offer

3-6 month daily rate contract, Daily rate £200-220 dependant on experience (PAYE only)

This role is in scope of IR35 legislation

Expensed travel is required as part of this role (2-3 days per week)
