Senior HR Business Partner
We are delighted to work with a market leading technology business based in Cambridgeshire to recruit an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to drive the HR Agenda across UK and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious commercial group that encourage and promotes internal progression.
You will undertake a Senior HRBP role which is both operational and strategic, supporting all management on HR related issues as well as providing a comprehensive support to employees and leading on organisational change. In conjunction with the Centres of Excellence you will partner with leaders to identify, prioritise and build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes. In this data and metrics driven American business you will utilise data to drive business decisions, such as engagement surveys.
You will define talent needs, and support leaders to forecast and plan their workforce and talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy. You will define and drive a performance culture in line with corporate principles, work with leaders to translate departmental strategic goals into meaningful outputs that contribute to business results. Finally you will lead key EMEA projects, reviews and initiatives to deliver change and improvements.
You are Degree Qualified and can demonstrate comprehensive experience providing true business partnering support to commercial teams within international or multinational organisations. It is essential you can demonstrate strong leadership and influencing skills whilst providing generalist HR support. You must demonstrate an ability to understand business needs and anticipate future problems/risk, developing simple and effective solutions. You will work collaboratively and have excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
