Interim HR Business Partner

This highly reputable employer in Bath is seeking an HR Business Partner to support their HR function for a minimum of 6 months. Their office site is incredible, a truly inspiring space, they are committed to promoting excellence through their culture and working environment.
Due to a major project within HR, additional resource is required to support the existing HR Business partner on day to day operations as well as project work.
The role comes with a broad range of responsibility, you will provide a full consultative and advisory service to managers and staff within designated areas; coaching and advising on a range of employment issues, including restructuring, managing change and creating organisational efficiencies.
You will advise managers on HR policy and processes and all aspects of the employee lifecycle as well as reviewing and drafting HR policies and procedures when required. Under the direction of the current HR Business Partner you will manage and coordinate HR project work, which contributes to the HR strategic aims.
Your extensive background within a generalist HR role will be a major benefit to my client. Having worked on HR projects ideally within restructuring will ensure an easy transition into this contract.
The role comes with great benefits and the option of flexible working. The salary is £30K to £36K depending on the level of experience that you bring to the team. The role is easily commutable via public transport and also offers discounted parking.
