Temporary HR Assistant

A temporary HR Assistant role in Camberley, paying up to £14 per hour assisting employee queries.

Your new company
A large international employer. Due to departmental development, an HR Assistant is required until the end of the year.

Your new role
As part of the HR Assistant team, reporting into the team lead, you will be a single point of contact for employees and their managers, demonstrating and articulating policies which are a large part of the Life Events process. You will need to be confident with having a one to one call with both the employees and managers to discuss, for example, the maternity programme and the support that is offered to the employee and the manager during pregnancy, leave and return to the office. This role is not only administrative but encompasses the ability to take ownership of a leave of absence and be pro-active in your communication.

Example of key duties:
* Managing end to end cases ensuring support provided to employees/managers.
* Managing queries from internal and external partners.
* Liaising with employee/Managers/HR partners to ensure all required documentation is in place.
* Confidently managing difficult conversations.
* Ensuring Workday accurately reflects current status'.
* Conducting due diligence to ensure all appropriate actions are taken

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience at HR Assistant level and you will be comfortable and confident in managing one on one situations in a clear effective manner. You will be immediately available.
