Engineering company in Pulborough are recruiting for a part time HR Assistant for a 9 month FTC.
Your new company
Our engineering client is recruiting for a part time HR Assistant to cover maternity leave for 11 months. You will be working in a small HR team reporting to the HR Manager, covering 330 staff. Your working hours will be based on 22 per week, with flexibility on days and hours worked.
Your new role
As a HR Assistant you will be assisting the HR manager in all HR related tasks and maintenance of all HR systems in relation to recruitment and selection, new starter process, administration and system maintenance.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will need to be CIPD qualified with at least two years of experience within HR. You will receive a salary of £24,000 (FTE) based on 22 hours (12 per hour) plus excellent benefits.
