Reward and HR Operations Manager
We are partnering with a unique, prestigious organisation in the West End on a broad HR Operations and Reward Manager position which is a key role on the HR leadership team. Reporting into a highly regarded HR Director, you will own the Reward agenda and provide efficient People related processes and high standards of governance for this organisation of approximately 450 employees. You will have a broad remit; cyclical compensation activities including preparation of Remco papers, Benefits agenda, systems, HR data analytics, pensions and payroll oversight. You will have 3 direct reports (Pensions Specialist, Payroll Manager and Reward/Benefits Analyst).
The successful candidate will have a broad mix of HR operations and Reward experience, ideally from a similar complex SME organisation. You will be equally comfortable presenting to the board as well as getting into the nitty gritty of an Excel spreadsheet. Ideally having exposure to Remco will be an advantage, although not essential, certainly an individual who is wanting to gain this experience will also be considered and this is a great environment to gain this experience from working closely with the HRD.
