My client is seeking a HR advisor who can provide vital ER Advisory support. You will be managing a busy caseload and have responsibility for providing personalised coaching to line manages in terms of people skills and general HR practices. You will be managing a variety of ER Casework including, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance reviews through to completion. You will act as a champion for the HR self-service model working closely with manages through the organisation to provider case-by case training. This is to ensure they have the correct skills to deal with any people issues that may arise. Working closely with other members of the HR advisory team you would be expected escalate any complex cases to the people advisory manager. You will be required to support on long term sickness cases liaising with occupational health when necessary.
This role requires an immediate start and the successful application will need to be available to start within a week of appointment.
