Oakleaf Partnership are working with a construction and engineering firm who are based in Fitzrovia. They are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, your responsibilities will include:Generating reports, analysing data and making recommendationsProvide analysis on data collected for reward processesDevelop dashboardsAssisting the technical team with the implementation of a compensation tool from a data perspectiveThe ideal candidate will have:Prior experience in data analysisStrong analytical skills and advanced Excel skillsStrong stakeholder management experienceExperience with Tableau or MS Power BI is advantageousTo be considered for this position please apply accordingly or get in touch with Yasmin Earl at Oakleaf Partnership to find out more about the role.
