Your new role
This is an exciting time to join this organisation and contribute to key objectives. In this HR generalist role, you will support colleagues and Managers across a wide range of ER areas. This is customer centric/service led team. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to support changes in HR policies and procedures as well as working on HR projects. You'll also provide HR data and reports.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced HR professional with a customer focused approach, organised working style and sound HR knowledge. This will need to be coupled with strong computer literacy, good all-round administration ability and effective communication skills.
