Learning and Development Co-ordinator6 months+ experience necessary£23,000 - £27,000pa6 month FTCTo start ASAP A fantastic entry level opportunity for a strong administrator with customer service experience to join the Human Resources team at a Global Company. Based at the head office in Maple Cross, the successful Learning and Development Co-ordinator will be supporting the HR helpdesk and Learning Centre and will be responsible for the organisation, co-ordination and recording of a diverse range of L&D activities. Responsibilities include;Arrange and book training coursesLiase with event venues, publications & hospitality agenciesBe the first point of contact for all line managers and employees on any L&D related queries via the HR helpdesk and Learning CentreAssist in managing the Training Rooms, Training Database, managing loans and periodic stock takesWork closely with other teams, HR Business Partners and HR Data specialists Experience required; Proven administration experience (6 months+ office experience)Experience within an L&D or HR environment will be an advantageCustomer service experienceConfident on PC/Microsoft office packagesA can-do attitude and willingness to learn If you are looking to step into HR or L&D and are available immediately or at short notice, please apply now!
