Learning and Development Co-ordinator

6 months+ experience necessary

£23,000 - £27,000pa

6 month FTC

A fantastic entry level opportunity for a strong administrator with customer service experience to join the Human Resources team at a Global Company.

Based at the head office in Maple Cross, the successful Learning and Development Co-ordinator will be supporting the HR helpdesk and Learning Centre and will be responsible for the organisation, co-ordination and recording of a diverse range of L&D activities.

Responsibilities include;

Arrange and book training courses

Liase with event venues, publications & hospitality agencies

Be the first point of contact for all line managers and employees on any L&D related queries via the HR helpdesk and Learning Centre

Assist in managing the Training Rooms, Training Database, managing loans and periodic stock takes

Work closely with other teams, HR Business Partners and HR Data specialists

Experience required;

Proven administration experience (6 months+ office experience)

Experience within an L&D or HR environment will be an advantage

Customer service experience

Confident on PC/Microsoft office packages

A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
