Artis HR are currently supporting a dynamic Tech business in central Bristol with the recruitment of a HR Business Partner, this is a permanent full time post paying £36-50,000pa dependant on experience.
We are looking for a dynamic and talented person to join our HR team. The HR Business Partner will work as part of a wider People team responsible for supporting our Volume areas across Retail including Customer Care and Energy Platform.
In this role you will shape, implement, influence, manage and deliver a broad range of People initiatives and activities which will help engage those in customer facing roles.
What will I be doing?
Supporting managers to consider their team development, engagement, embedding the vision and values and employee journey across all teams and pro-actively managing HR and Workday issues as they arise.

Relationship building skills are vital, as you will work to influence and support team members within your client areas to assist in delivery of key objectives.

Solid experience of working in a business partner role within a fast pace customer facing environment is desirable.

*Proven experience in a generalist Human Resources role
*Up to date knowledge of HR and employee relations
*Proven experience of successful delivery of HR strategy/plans
*Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching, and impact and influencing skills
*Demonstrates a high level of initiative; seeks opportunities and acts on them
*High level of planning and organising skills
*Sets and expects high standards of performance. Encourages high performance & support line managers in cases of under performance
*Sets and expects high standards of engagement through Leadership - supporting line managers in how to improvement engagement within their teams
*Able to advise and support Line Managers in their development
*Demonstrates personal drive, urgency and capacity to deliver significant outputs
*Customer orientation and business awareness
*Analyses and evaluates data and options for action to reach sound conclusions
*Able to make a persuasive, clear presentation of ideas both in writing and orally, to convince others and gain acceptance; creates a positive impression on others
*Is personally resilient under pressure or opposition and makes controlled responses in a stressful situations
*Willingness to work as part of the team, effective contributor and support to the volume areas - line managers in particular
*Can spot talent and high potential
*Key role in the relationship between HRBPs & Payroll
*Able to spot gaps and suggest improvements to People processes and policies
*Management of Performance Review & calibration processes in Workday
*Management of policy review & updates
*Key contributor in Inclusion & Diversity initiatives for the Customer facing areas
Ideally you will have…
*Graduate calibre, preferably CIPD qualified
*Previous experience as an HR Business Partner within a Customer facing environment
