Badenoch & Clark have been engaged by a leading brand in Sussex to source a new Resourcing Business Partner for their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive resourcing professional who is passionate about further developing an organisation's in-house recruitment capability. Initially joining on a 12 month FTC, this role has scope for longevity in an extension or permanent outcome.

Key responsibilities will include:

Defining and delivering recruitment strategy for the business.
Reviewing industry specific and role specific market trends to set the strategy to ensure the best recruitment methods are always utilised.
Working with hiring managers to develop long term resourcing plans, identifying and delivering best practice in terms of succession planning, pipelining and resourcing.
Identifying the most suitable options for advertising roles.
Delivering hands on recruitment support to senior vacancies utilising modern sourcing methods.
Building relationships with external suppliers that will supplement the direct sourcing model.

You.

Previous in-house experience both proactively sourcing and working as a partner to senior stakeholders with proven experience delivering solutions and making an impact to resourcing processes with strong commercial acumen.
Hands on knowledge of hard-to-fill specialisms and an awareness of modern recruitment methods including LinkedIn and other social media.
A true champion for Brand image and candidate experience.
Comfortable developing "talent pools" and effective market mapping research for roles at a senior level, alongside working closely with the HRBP team on supporting senior leadership.
