Oakleaf Partnership are working with a Global Fintech organisation which is based in Canary Wharf. They are looking for an SuccessFactors Consultant to join the team on an initial 3 - 4 month contract. Reporting to the Head of Reward, your responsibilities will include:Ensuring the system is continuously updated and running efficientlyDeveloping the system strategyWorking with the wider business globally to ensure they are getting the best out of the systemProducing regular MI reportsAnalysing data as required by the businessGeneral running and maintenance of the systemTroubleshooting any issuesDeveloping end user training guidesTraining new users in system useThe ideal candidate will have experience with SuccessFactors, advanced Excel skills and excellent analytical skills.
