Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with a leading international law firm on an exciting, new Recruitment Assistant vacancy. Based in the City of London, this person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Attorney Recruiting function in the London office.This person will be responsible for (but not limited to):Providing administrative support to the Attorney Recruiting functionPreparing orientation schedules/packetsMaintaining and updating data in HR system (Taleo and Workday)Supporting with the coordination of internships, law fairs and career talks etc.Preparing post-interview feedback reportsLiaising with Reception to manage meeting room books for interviews, training and internal meetingsAssisting with the coordination and preparation of materials for training The successful candidate wlil ideally be/have:'A' level or equivalent and 1-2 years related experiencePrevious law firm experience would be a plusWorking knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPointPrior systems experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and tactfully with individuals at all levels within and outside of the FirmAbility to succeed in a teamwork environmentExcellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work and to work independently Please get in touch or apply directly if this Recruitment Assistant vacancy within a leading, international law firm is of interest.
