L&D/OD Partner (UK and International)
A great opportunity has arisen to join a forward thinking Leeds city centre based organisation as their L&D/OD Advisor to cover maternity leave for a period of 12 months. This has a very attractive package on offer including a 12% performance related bonus and free parking.
You will have full responsibility for:
*The UK e-learning system; course design, implementation and continuous evaluation
*Provide advice and guidance on L&D programmes and inductions for UK based employees
*Support employees and managers on the company Graduate Scheme
*Manage the implementation of and the findings for the global people survey.
You will have proven experience of working as an L&D/OD Advisor and previous experience of the full e-learning cycle including design and implementation.
You will be a team player who can also work autonomously; you will take a creative approach to your work and be a highly organised individual who can multitask and manage multiple projects at any one time. You will also ideally have facilitated, designed and implemented talent and employee engagement surveys and preferably supported a business on an international basis.
Covering maternity leave and commencing early to mid-May 2019 for 12 months, this role is based out of my client's Leeds city centre offices with the possibility of international travel 2-3 times per year.
