We're working with an insurance firm whom have a terrific supportive culture on a new opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor.

This won't be a full 360 Recruiter position, so more suited to someone with 2-3 years of working in recruitment or in resourcing and that therefore has strong candidate attraction experience.

The position will be attraction focused, and responsibilities will include:

Working closely with HRBP's and hiring managers to understand requirements

Champion and increase direct hiring methods i.e. set up attraction methods, and social media marketing, online advertising etc.

Track applicants and create a talent pool

Conduct initial screening of candidates with the view of providing shortlists to hiring managers

Support the D&I strategy

Schedule interviews and manage communication throughout

Produce reports on recruitment metrics

Manage the early career talent schemes - from assessment centres, managing relationships with outreach partners etc.

Support projects such as PSL review and others

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:

Ideally have recruited in financial services either from agency side or in an in-house resourcing team

Be confident in their ability to directly source candidates for a wide range of positions

Be experienced in using LinkedIn Recruiter as a way of sourcing

Ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent
