We are currently working with an exciting boutique investment firm on a terrific opportunity for a high potential and driven person to join them in an HR / Recruitment Coordinator position.Being a small but global business, they have a great culture that is flat structured, highly entrepreneurial, closely working but also encourages absolutely autonomy, accountability and the potential to create opportunities for yourself.Generally hires into this business are self-motivated, emotionally intelligent, able to think on their feet in a very fast paced environment and that are curious.Candidates suitable for this opportunity will have recruitment or HR experience ideally from within a HR/recruitment function at a fast paced highly professional business.Responsibilities in the role will include:Coordinating recruitment activity from establishing terms of business with agencies, to tracking processes and managing candidate applications, arranging interviews and managing offer documentationImplementing D&I processesSupporting onboarding from vetting to new joiner packsProducing a variety of reports on periodical processes and ad-hoc requestsCoordinating all HR events and training & development programmesAct as first point of contact for HR queriesSupport HR projects ad-hocWe're looking for candidates that possess the following. Please apply if this suits you.Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilityExperience in an administrative role either in HR or recruitment, or even as a team assistant within financial servicesAn intellectual curiosity, self-motivation and a good degree of driveIdeally a degree education or equivalent
