A great interim opportunity has arisen with my client; a fast-growing media company. They are quickly growing and therefore require a strong HR assistant to join them to help with the employee lifecycle from an administrative level. The client require a passionate, driven, and energetic administrator to join their global HR team asap.



Duties will include:



Maintain employee and contractor data through HRIS


Assist with global and regional HR project work


Prepare reports and provide data or management review


Support the HR BP's in administering recruitment processes


Provide HR BP's operational support including reference checking, onboarding, probationary reviews, benefits and payroll


Ensure holiday and sickness absence is recorded, and resolve any queries


Coordinate HR training workshops and presentations


Provide admin support as and when required



Key skills/experience:



Previous HR administrative experience is required


Ability to provide support within a fast paced/demanding environment


Excellent attention to detail and ability to work multiple projects


Previous experience working with an HRIS


Qualification in HR is desirable


Customer service focus, with positive attitude
