As a HR Business Partner, reporting into the Head of HR, you will partner with your business area Directors and Heads to deliver the organisational people strategy that is fit for purpose for that specific client group.

Description

This HR Business Partner, reporting into the Head of HR, will be an operational, strategic and project aligned HR professional who leads on delivering the overarching organisational people strategy with a value-add and commercially astute service. You will be the key interface with key internal stakeholders.

Using the People plan formulate an implementation programme that consists of structural and cultural change. You will have a focus on managing the ER, Talent & Performance, Engagement and D&I agenda.

You will also be a natural and engaging communicator who will look to engage, develop and maintain key relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage a small HR team of Advisors who will manage the main volume of ER cases. This role will have a particular focus on Talent & Performance and Engagement - ultimately ensuring people have the right skills, succeed and retain with the business.

Based in Crewe, you will focus on two business areas; one white collar and one blue collar. Some additional travel may be required.

Profile

As a HR Business Partner, you will be confident and assertive - with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style. You must be able to communicate effectively to all areas of the business; grassroots to leadership.

Understanding the business operations, the talent employed and the strategic focus the business, you will be a natural business advisor to the management and leadership team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be the moral compass of the business, and look to evolve behaviours at all levels - within the HR team, and within the wider business.

You will be equipped with an operational toolkit which will enable you to manage and assist key projects within a generalist space; ER, Talent & Performance, Engagement and D&I etc.

You must have experience within a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You will ideally have experience within a regulated environment and / or retail.

Job Offer

This role will paid £40,000 to £42,000 per annum (potentially more, dependent on experience). You will also receive a performance related bonus, along with a suite of benefits.
