My client is an expanding e-commerce business backed up by a strong group, looking for an energetic Head of HR with start-up or consultancy background who will be part of the expansion of the business which is going international.

 

 

YOUR TASK

  • Sustainable development of the personnel area
  • Implementation and further development of a modern personnel strategy
  • Responsible for the disciplinary leadership as well as the personal and professional development of the HR team with currently three employees
  • Business Partner of the Management
  • Standardization and optimization of HR processes and tools
  • Professional advice to the management and executives in all personnel and employment law issues
  • Impulse generator for all arising HR tasks (administration, personnel development, employer branding and recruitment)
  • Creating a motivating and productive work environment

YOUR PROFILE

  • Someone with intrinsic motivation and hands-on mentality
  • Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on human resources or equivalent qualified training
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable management position
  • Generalistic HR skills, digitization know-how and extensive process and project management skills
  • solid experience in the development of modern personnel concepts as well as in the development of organizational structures and HR processes
  • Binding entrepreneurial personality with strong implementation orientation and proactive approach
  • High empathy and trustworthiness, good communication skills, structured work and confident and confident appearance
