Talent Development Advisor

We have a unique opportunity for a Talent Development Advisor to help deliver a tailored learning journey and development programme for a firm that is committed to continuous learning and development for all employees. You will sit within a talent team that is proactive and enthusiastic about the talent agenda and you will be working for a firm that attracts talent from its major competitors because of its innovative and progressive approaches.

The role comes with a broad range of responsibility and will see you take the lead on training needs analysis, training delivery, annual projects, personal development programmes, the firm mentoring programme and coordinating training courses.

You will bring a couple of years' experience in Learning & Development so that you can have an immediate impact and experience of the professional services landscape would give you a head start - but of course is not essential. The environment is fast paced as a trusted advisor, you will need to be able to build trust and relationships quickly. Experience in training delivery/ facilitation would be a big plus too!

The salary on offer is around £41,000 depending on the experience you bring to the role. The role comes with great benefits and a great deal of autonomy and flexibility.
