HR Business Partner - Professional Services
This HR Business Partner position is a new role within a renowned professional services firm with an exciting mission, a robust and collaborative HR team, and a fast-paced, complex environment. You will be part of a wider HR Business partner team supporting the leadership team, business strategy, and senior HR colleagues. With your own client group, you will analyse and support business requirements and translate into HR interventions that you will deliver, collaborating with established Centres of Excellence and other HR Business Partners and HR Directors. In doing this you will utilise a variety of data sources and analytics. Your role will include:
*Providing strategic leadership
*Building trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders
*Provision of day to day HR support to your client group
*Contributing to change management, organisational design, employee engagement, talent analytics and strategic planning by using strong business acumen
*Building and securing a strong, diverse talent pipeline
*Delivering on HR projects
*Coaching of business leadership
*Implementation of HR interventions in support of the firm's business plan
Skills and Experience:
*You will have had solid generalist HR experience, and have partnered with the business, even if your title was not HRBP.
*Given the complex and collaborative environment, experience in similar or large, matrixed structures is essential. The organisation offers a highly supportive, collaborative culture and supports agile working.
*A good understanding of how to leverage relationships to deliver large scale projects working in a Centre of Excellence model
*An ability to interpret data to make effective decisions quickly
*Skilled at working in fast-paced, changing environments
*Skilled at influencing, coaching, managing and challenging senior stakeholders
