I have been exclusively assigned to support with the recruitment of a HR Business Manager for a highly prestigious and commercial UK organisation to be based in West London.  

This role is to report into their Senior Manager and plays a pivotal link between the People team and customer base. Acting as both a business partner and account manager, this incumbent will be expected to offer guidance to the business, find solutions to problems, advise the assigned business areas and offer a true first class HR experience. They will also be expected to oversee the maintenance of HRIS and HR policy and procedures in the pursuit of consistency and outstanding employment proposition. There will also be ample opportunity to be involved in wider HR projects, such as their wellbeing strategy and support with the ongoing transformation of the People team.  

As to be expected, this is a highly relationship led role, both internally and externally. The organisation operates as extremely commercially driven, fast paced and customer focused. They are also very values led and expecting this individual to live and breathe this whilst operating in the role.   

In order to be considered, I am looking for the following:  

  • Degree and/or CIPD qualified
  • Strong operational experience
  • Broad HR experience
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Comfortable with working in a fast paced, commercially driven and (at times) ambiguous environment
  • Comfortable with change
