HR Business Partner (6-12 months +)
Do you have the credibility to advise line managers on operational HR issues and to deputise for the HR Manager as required?
Do you employ contemporary HR practices in employer relations, performance management, change management, resource and succession planning?
Are you comfortable switching from coaching and formulating change plans with senior leadership teams to rolling-up your sleeves and processing sickness issues?
We are looking for strong HR experience in a manufacturing environment for a market leader in fmcg – to work as a key member of the HR management team providing a tactical HR service across the business.
This role needs someone who can hit the floor running, who has the ability ‘to push back’ as required, is good at building relationships across business and who has passion and the appetite to continue to learn.
