£40,000 + benefits
A globally established transport business is seeking a highly capable HR Data and Project Specialist. Reporting to the Head of HR and working as part of a globally established HR function, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the employee data, metrics and reporting is maintained and of the highest standard.
In this highly process driven role, you will be responsible for:
Managing the recruitment approval and tracking processes in Taleo;
Tracking headcount movements;
Managing specific HR projects such as Annual Reward Cycle, Job Evaluation, Talent Management, L&D projects, Change Implementation;
Working closely with the Global Centres of Expertise teams on reward and benefits strategy, policy, system and analytics;
Managing the annual compensation processes, in addition to any out of cycle activity.
To be considered for this technical role you will:
Have an excellent knowledge and experience of using HR metrics;
Have worked with an established HRIS;
Be highly analytical with excellent attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage and run reports, analyse data and flag any issues if/when required;
Have experience of managing HR projects;
Be fully versed with utilising V-lookups, pivot tables etc.
