A top UK based Solicitors firm are recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager to join their team. As the Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):Assisting in the preparation of the Company's annual learning and development budgetAssisting in the preparation of the Company's annual learning and development programmeDelivering and maintaining those elements of training deemed mandatory by the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority)Assisting in maintaining Performance Management Framework, identifying and reporting on trends accordinglyKeeping under review the training methods in order to aid the learning of the workforceUndertaking needs analysis when and where required and developing training content and delivering internallyKeeping under review the learning styles and modes of training delivery and ensuring these are appropriate and relevantOverseeing the learning events and ensuring these remain relevantEvaluating and keeping under review the range of external training providersCoordinating delivery of staff appraisals in conjunction with line managers and stakeholdersEnsuring accurate training records are maintainedAs the Learning & Development Manager, you will possess:Minimum of two years managerial experienceMinimum of three years' experience working in Learning & DevelopmentExperience working in a regulated environmentKnowledge of change methods, needs analysis and learning methodsIf this Learning & Development Manager role is of interest, please apply directly.
