A UK based Professional Services firm based in The City are recruiting for a Graduate Recruitment Manager to join their team. Sitting within the wider HR team and directly reporting into the Recruitment Director, this role will be responsible for:Trainee Recruitment/HR projects such as:reviewing and updating the trainee selection process including all necessary tools and collateralcreating a new trainee careers section on company's websitedevelopment of trainee onboarding and induction programmeadvising and attending the diversity and inclusion working group as requiredworking with the L&D and HR generalist team on how they develop their trainee populationTrainee Recruitment Attraction such as:managing and updating websitemanaging and updating all trainee recruitment advertisingcoordinating university relationships and careers fairscoordinating school and higher education relationshipsTrainee Recruitment Selection such as:managing all trainee applications and queriesreviewing and scoring all applicationsreviewing online testingmanaging and coordinating all assessment centresmanaging candidate feedback and offer processmanaging and updating the recruitment systemTrainee Recruitment Administration & Process such as:recording and managing annual trainee recruitment budgetmanaging trainee recruitment system including updates and improvementsproviding regular management information to key stakeholders on the trainee recruitment pipelineOther ad hoc work such as:managing key relationships in the businessorganizing and conducting follow-up meetings for new traineesorganizing and delivering training on the trainee recruitment systeminterviewing skills as required, annual review of trainee recruitment process and ad hoc recruitment and wider HR projects and tasks as requiredAs the Graduate Recruitment Manager, you will possess:Demonstrable experience of trainee recruitment ideally gained within professional or financial servicesStrong understanding of trainee recruitment attraction and selection methodology with experience of evaluating and developing bothDemonstrable process and project management experienceIf this Graduate Recruitment Manager role is of interest, please apply directly.
