A leading and international Management Consultancy based in Central London are recruiting for an HR Manager - Talent to join their team. As HR Manager, you will work across multiple countries (based in London) and will be responsible for (but not limited to):On-boardingWorking closely with local offices and relevant departments to make sure logistics are in place and systems up to date when a new joiner arrivesWorking closely with local HR to make sure new joiners are invited to local induction programsOrganizing onboarding dayIdentifying any work permit issues and working with relevant departments to solveResourcingManaging deployment of employees across allocated geographies and coordinating with rest of the resourcing teamProducing an accurate view of resourcing status'Monitoring and adjusting staffing priorities on the basis of local and regional supply and demandEscalating on an as-needed basis to management team to discuss and resolve resourcing issues and prioritizationBalancing needs of business to deploy staff across the geography with any individual constraints whilst also supporting developmentMaintaining an understanding of needs, past successes and global processes and policies to ensure the requests are handled appropriatelyWorking closely with finance to ensure alignment between resourcing and time and billingDeveloping strong relationships with consulting teams and alerting HR Manager when issues ariseCareer management and performance reviewTrainingEnsuring consultants are registered to relevant training programsBalancing the business needs and scheduled trainings in order to make sure consultants have time to attend mandatory trainingsTransfer such as working closely with HR Manager and local offices and facilitating the transfer of consultants when neededExit process such as running exit process when someone is resigningAs the HR Manager - Talent, you will possess:Minimum 5 years operating in an HR Business Partner or Talent or Resourcing roleExperience working in an international environmentStrong academics, to degree levelIf this HR Manager role is of interest, please apply directly.
