A top global Management Consultancy based in Central London are recruiting for a Learning & Development Assistant to join their team. You will be providing Learning & Development Assistance for staff across London and other European countries and duties will include (or be limited to):

Supporting the L&D Coordinators and Manager across Europe

Working with L&D Coordinators to plan and manage local induction programmes for new joiners

Managing registration processes for regional and global training for consultants and support staff

Assisting on the ground support of training sessions

Supporting the L&D Manager in delivering the L&D agenda for Europe

Providing reporting and feedback on training sessions, creating reports to be used for meetings with senior consultants and L&D partner

Co-managing the L&D inbox and responding to training enquiries

Maintaining and handling training data

Assisting with on boarding of new senior hires

Conceiving and proposing new ways of working to drive efficiency in the team

As the Learning & Development Assistant, you will possess:

Organization and time management

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work autonomously

Strategic and analytical thinking

Strong academics

Interest in Learning & Development
