A top global Management Consultancy based in Central London are recruiting for a Learning & Development Assistant to join their team. You will be providing Learning & Development Assistance for staff across London and other European countries and duties will include (or be limited to):Supporting the L&D Coordinators and Manager across EuropeWorking with L&D Coordinators to plan and manage local induction programmes for new joinersManaging registration processes for regional and global training for consultants and support staffAssisting on the ground support of training sessionsSupporting the L&D Manager in delivering the L&D agenda for EuropeProviding reporting and feedback on training sessions, creating reports to be used for meetings with senior consultants and L&D partnerCo-managing the L&D inbox and responding to training enquiriesMaintaining and handling training dataAssisting with on boarding of new senior hiresConceiving and proposing new ways of working to drive efficiency in the teamAs the Learning & Development Assistant, you will possess:Organization and time managementStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work autonomouslyStrategic and analytical thinkingStrong academicsInterest in Learning & DevelopmentIf this Learning & Development role is of interest, please apply directly.
