HR Business Partner, London, £60,000-£70,000, 6 Months FTCOne of the largest online retailers is looking for a creative HR Business Partner to join them as soon as possible for a 6-months fixed term contract. The market leading business has offices in Australia, USA, and the UK.The successful HR Business Partner is a self-starter professional with generalist experience in a creative industry. The fast-paced environment will create the opportunity for the BP to conduct both operational and strategical projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the Leadership Team.Prepare and facilitate performance review sessions while providing guidance to senior team leaders and managers.Manage ER cases focussed on Senior Employees.Drive the group implementation of various programmes.
- Proved experience in a Generalist HR Business Partner role in a creative industry.Ability to conduct both operational and strategic tasks.Strong Computer skills
