A world renowned, global bank is looking for a interim Graduate Recruiter based in Cheshire. You will be working with a dynamic team and assist with attracting, developing, and retaining high performing graduate talent. You will partner with other teams and key stakeholders to understand requirements and get involved with strategic initiatives to enhance their recruiting activities.

 

 

Accountabilities include:

  • Working with the Exec team and developing strong relationships with the business creating the overall hiring strategy
  • Contributing towards the design, implementation and management of campus recruiting activities, with a focus on diversity
  • Work with your key stakeholders to identify participants, interviewers and top talent at key schools
  • Managing the interview and assessment process, responsible for coordinating assessors, running briefings, interviewing and assessing candidates
  • Engaging with schools/universities and coordinating the execution of events and marketing activities
  • Managing the intern programme including events, placements and appraisals
  • Identifying any process improvements

 

Skills and Experience

  • You must be degree educated or equivalent and have experience within HR or recruitment
  • End to end early careers recruitment experience is advantageous
  • Demonstrate knowledge of marketing trends for Early Careers
  • Passionate about recruiting for top talent
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong relationship building skills
