HR Advisor

Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading public sector client in their search for a HR Advisor based in Sheffield. This is a full time permanent opportunity with a salary of between £25-£30k.

Reporting into the Head of HR, the purpose of this role is to provide a professional hands on approach to operational HR support across the business.

Main Duties include but not limited to:

·Provide comprehensive advice to the business contributing to overall improvement.
·Undertaking the HR function in supporting the TUPE process.
·Assist with the development of consistent policies.
·Provide HR Advice across the full range of HR activities including disciplinary and grievances.

We are looking for:

·CIPD qualified or working towards.
·Experience of working with senior managers and key stakeholders.
·Experience in working a similar role within public sector.
·experience of delivering and developing HR policies and procedures to meet business needs.
