We are delighted to working in conjunction with a leading international business based in South Yorkshire who have a brand new opportunity for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their HR team.

Reporting into the Training Manager, you will have the opportunity to really make this role your own and shape it based your previous experience and knowledge of L&D and Training courses in order to excel in this role.

You will have the opportunity to deliver comprehensive inductions for new starters as well as coordinating training requests alongside the annual training calendar. You will also be involved in coordinating all training for apprentices and ensuring the smooth delivery of the work experience programme on behalf of the business.

This is a role for someone who is keen to progress their career path down HR/L&D.

In order to be considered for this role you must have experience in a similar Training /L&D/HR role and ideally have a Training & Development based qualification. You must have excellent attention to detail and be an accomplished communicator.
