Recruitment Officer

Ashley Kate are proud to be working with a leading public sector client in their search for a Recruitment Officer based in Sheffield. This is a full time permanent opportunity with a salary of £22-26k.

Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will provide a full range of recruitment and on-boarding expertise across the business. The Recruitment Officer will lead on the provision of all professional, proactive and efficient recruitment processes.

Key duties include but not limited to:

·Co-ordinate the internal recruitment authorisation process for all position across the business for new and replacement roles.
·Lead and manage the internal relationships with all stakeholders across the business on all recruitment matters.
·To support the Head of HR in preparing high level recruitment packs.
·Build and maintain new and existing relationships with external recruitment partners.


We are looking for:

·Experience within a recruitment position in a fast paced environment.
·Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
·Proven active involvement in recruitment, selection and employee relations.
·Internal recruitment experience.
