Learning and Development Manager
The job would be to work with the HR Director to support the Learning agenda and therefore the overall people strategy.
You don't have to be a senior operator, but you will have demonstrated training needs analysis experience, some design content and definitely delivery. You'll be good at influencing people and raising the profile of HR throughout the business. You will love e-learning and have some good project experience to talk about.
The training will be mostly soft skills around culture, communications customer focus, inclusivity as well as health and safety, some basic technical training and very much upskilling manages to use the self-service system.
Some travel to west London, working flexibly and your base office is Surrey.
