Hospitality
£40,000

An established and instantly recognisable name within the hospitality industry is looking to appoint a HR Manager for 9 months to cover a period of maternity leave.

Based in north east Birmingham you will provide a truly generalist service to a diverse internal customer base. Overseeing an established HR team you will report to the Senior Management Team – acting as a HR Business Partner to them – whilst being a point of escalation for complex operational issues from your HR colleagues.

Your main focus will be to ensure the delivery of HR is of the highest standard that the business has come to expect!

To be considered of this you:

Must be Level 7 CIPD qualified;
Must be available to start in the role no later than the end of April;
Will be a true HR Generalist with team management experience;
Will have a track record of overseeing the implementation and roll out of a new HRIS.
